Is the "Best Value" Scale still the A&D FX120i ?

Nothing Happens for a week, then you can go on their site , look at your oder , you should see the tracking number there. I thought the same thing, but it was a total of 2 weeks before mine showed up.
I expected a delay, but didn't think too much of till eric said he had tracking info etc. I ordered mine the same day & just now looked ... Still no tracking info. I'm sure all is good with it though. Perhaps they're waiting to replenish stock? Thanks guys!

Danley,

I ordered mine just on the 7 or 8th of jan, and it came in on on the 19th which was this past Tuesday. Just call them and they will provide you and invoice with tracking number. The scale is great you won't be disappointed.

Question for all you owners....

Does the weighing pan have to be dead center for accurate weighing or anywhere on the platform? Say you don't put the pan in the exact spot, will reading be different than previous?

No I havent seen a differences in the readings varying the placement of the pan on the scale.

40 for 40 with the pan halfway off the platform in different spots.
Wish I had gotten one of these years ago.

I judge companies by the time it takes to get me my order. Midwayusa.com usually ships crazy fast but transit is about a week. That is my baseline. Optics planet takes the longest and amazon prime must have a warehouse on the block behind my house because I get those orders in hours. This scale from Cambridge took 9 calender days to ship, it's in transit now. Finally!

I purchased mine in February 2014. Then it was $400 CAD for the scale plus $25 shipping. It cost me $380-$390 USD to my door. I would still pay what they want today if mine quit tomorrow.

Likewise but the freight to New Zealand was a heap more than $25 :(

well I take it back it still has not shipped. it is READY TO SHIP and is Scheduled to ship. so this makes Cambridge the winner of slowest to receive orders from. by the time I receive it, it will be close to 20 days.

Finally got a confirmation it shipped. Going into week 3 now. Sometimes good things take time. This will make my reloading setup pritty nice. I got into reloading late and it has been a long process selecting the right components and getting room in the budget. once the weather breaks I will be off and running. Saving up for my last piece of equipment, a Benchsource annealer.

I also use this scale in conjuction with a very cheap Lee drop dispenser and trickle the last bit with the Little Dandy tricker. Can powder very accurate rounds every 12-14 seconds based on a 50 round count. Timed it for the hell of it. Got less than $525 in entire setup.

Does anyone send their A&D 120 FXi scale out for service to have it checked out to confirm that it still performs consistently? When?...not much last forever.

20160208_173529_resized.jpg Well it arrived today. Ordered on the 22nd and received on the 8th.

First impression: It's big and heavy! No little toy. solid piece of equipment. well made and the instruction manual is also big. no little sheet a paper printed in 6 languages, but a real document, well written and very through. If it works as good as it looks I'm going to be a very happy loader. again big display and solid machine. Quite well packaged.

I believe they have limited shipping and don't make it to the shipper often. It depends on the day you order for shipping. Matt

My bench looks similar to yours except I don't have the Chargemaster. Today I drop Varget just short of target with a Harrell's and then trinkle to the exact charge. As the Chargemaster isn't perfect, does it save any significant amount of time?
