Eggs two minutes after the steam comes up and they peel perfectly - shells come right off.Liking one is directly related to how much you use it. I personally use mine to speed things up.
Speedy things I do include, but are not limited to:
Steamed squash in 5 minutes to make squash casserole with.
Eggs two minutes after the steam comes up and they peel perfectly - shells come right off.
Chicken breasts for home made chicken salad - cooked so done you shred it, not cut it - addictive
Venison roast - browned on the grill and cooked till falling apart.
Home made mashed potatoes
I have a friend who really worked on learning about it and can cook an entire meal with it in less than an hour.
You'll love it if you learn it.
That’s cool, didn’t know you could start food from frozen state in it.Instapots are good. They're like a rapid crock pot.
I like them because if I forget to set something out to thaw for dinner (I usually grill the meat for dinner in our household), I can just toss it (frozen) in the crock pot with rice, stock, and veggies and it always comes out edible 30-45 mins later.
