Ditto,I remove mine with a forster neck reamer
I check mine with a gauge pin that barely goes into the fired neck. If the pin stops on a donut, it gets reamedDitto,
Forster internal reamer
------------------------------
Take measurements
You usually want to internal neck ream AFTER it has been shot and the neck expanded
If you ream the inside before hand, it may not squeeze down enough to hold a bullet
------------------------------
Or use an expander mandrel
------------------------------
Ebay also has Chucking reamers you may be able to find your exact OD reamer needed within 0.0001"
The O.P.'s situation is that to fit in the magazine, the base of the bullet ends up below the donut. One thing I'd like to ask,
If the bullet does not get seated down that far
What does it matter if theres a donut?
------------------------------------------------------
I ignore it if my bullet base doesnt come near the neck/shoulder junction
I didn't even know such a thing existed. Not a picture, but all I can find. R-clicked from somewhere on the internet.

HENCE "Why" I LIKE, the Longer Necked Cartridge, designs,.. Like, the 6 XC !As long as the bullet base is above the donut many say it doesn't hurt anything.
Exactly!Run a mandrel in the necks, push the donuts to the outside, then turn the necks.
