Inside of necks scratched, hurting accuracy??

I noticed tonight when prepping some brass, that the inside of the necks were scratched by a screw mark on the pilot on my turner where someone tightened the screw down on the pilot. These scratches aren't real deep,I don't have a way to measure them) and they go down into the case about .100 or so. I am wondering if there is a way to smooth them out . How much effect should this have on accuracy, I know it can't be helping anything. I hope that not finding that burr until now didn't cost me 40 new Lapua brass.

-A new pilot will be ordered from Sinclair before turner is used again.

Thanks for any input.

The marks will smooth out after shooting. For hunting you should not see any difference in your groups. I would not worry to much about it.
