Yes, absolutelyIs there enough wire to place in front of the scale? Trying to figure out if I need to rearrange things. My trickler coming on Tuesday.

Any chance you intend on setting up the manual thrower to discharge directly down the body of the ingenuity mount, directly into the cup on the scale?I just got my trickler. Wow. Even with a manual dump it took 10 seconds from empty cup in the trickler to dumping the charge back in the hopper (38g of Varget). It's never off the .02 grain limit I set (which is less than a kernel). The cups have a soft bottom and even when dumping from pretty high up (filming for a friend so had only one hand) it did not bounce a kernel.
I don’t think so. Im not in the correct setting (drywall with studs not in the right place) as I would have to build a bracket onto the wall that had enough strength to hold the force of the manual pull. I’m getting the full system in May or June (as of now) and so it’s not worth the effort. With both hands it’s super quick this way. Pretty much faster than I can dump in cases especially if I use two cups.Any

I have to ask why you are using a seperate powder thrower rather then just set up the whole system and have the powder drop out of the main hopper of the trickler?I just got my trickler. Wow. Because it’s made for the v3 and this hopper doesn’t fit unless you bracket it to a wall. So this was the easiest set up. And temporary since I’m getting the full system when it starts shipping. This is just the tricker and not a pre order. We are all still patiently waiting but I sold my ST too early so bit the bullet and went for the temporary fix. In time I’ll try to find a v3 and a&d scale and run two systems or use this on a cheaper creedmoor and run two systems (manual and automatic) when bulk fire forming. Or sell it here. We shall see.I have to ask why you are using a seperate powder thrower rather then just set up the whole system and have the powder drop out of the main hopper of the trickler?
One less bit of equipment on the loading bench would be my choice.
Also only one action to get the charge ready to load into the case.
At least knowing that some folks are finally getting their pre-order means that hopefully sometime in May or June I will see mine.
Suppose a wall mount may be a consideration, as would a bench mount or stand would be another plausible path for a more direct drop option.Sounds like in rather short term you will have the even better option in hand.Because it’s made for the v3 and this hopper doesn’t fit unless you bracket it to a wall. Definitely, I just don’t have the space the studs just don’t line up properly. This powder dropper was what Paul recommended to me, I wonder if at some point he makes an adaptor or someone does a 3d printed stand the with the correct height and depth which would probably work better. I do agree that it would save hand movement plus some time.Suppose a wall mount may be a consideration, as would a bench mount or stand would be another plausible path for a more direct drop option.Sounds like in rather short term you will have the even better option in hand.
I wish I hadn’t sold my v3 forever ago. Sweet set up.Little more info..
Im running an A&D Fx300in with full IP setup and V3 thrower (just waiting on the IP dumper, Im in the first batch)...
My second setup is an A&D Fx120i... IP CF mount, IP cup, AT V3 Bluetooth electronics, IP trickler, V3 thrower, V3 Autotrickler, A&D/Area419 windscreen, top and platen...
This scale is setup this way so I can run any powder combo with the V3 thrower and IP trickler... and still switch the trickler cable over to the Autotrickler for pistol powder and fine ball/flake rifle powder load development..
The IP trickler won't run the real fine stuff, it binds up and jams quickly so I use the V3 autotrickler for that stuff..

Did you add a 3D printed door to the IP wind shield or is that the way the new shields are coming? Here it is dropping a charge.
It came with it. The Entris II needs it. It’s sensitive but stable.Did you add a 3D printed door to the IP wind shield or is that the way the new shields are coming?
I'm curious too! I've got the trickler but need that thrower! ;-)Has anybody been getting shipments ?
