Besides the person pulling the trigger, I do not know how you can separate the barrel from the stock because it is a system. The best barrel in the world will not perform to its full potential if the bedding is poor or there is a lot of flex in the stock or if the stock doesn't fit the shooter properly.
Whereas a "good" but not "great" factory barrel can be made to shoot varmint level accuracy (1/2 - 5/8' moa) with a high-quality stock and bedding.
