Yes one court/judge just ruled it unconstitutional and lifted the ban. However you know as well as I that the anti-gun folks and our state politicians will be right back on the hot trail to file another brief in another court to get it back. Hopefully the new ruling will hold and stop the magazine capacity ban,.

They are featured in the news and supported by a large voting base of liberals who have various reasons for voting liberal from naivte to dependency on the government and a desire to keep it that way. If we win this it will mean nothing to 90% of the liberals who don't really care one way or the other about gun control but are willing to debate it because their leadership tells them how to think. --Jerry

I "liked" your post, but I don't like it. It is waaayy too sad, and waaayyy too true. Kali has a huge rural and conservative population who hopefully vote with logic and purpose. Fact is though there are over 40 million souls in the state, and if only ten percent of them vote deranged and liberal, they are still in the majority. jd
