If US Supreme Court Reviews Restrictive Gun Laws??

It occurs to me that at some point, these stupid laws and restrictions that some of our states have implemented, will hopefully find their way to the United States Supreme Court.

If at that point, the court rules in favor of any or all of them, might that have a disastrous effect upon ALL of the states. jd

In NY`s case, hochul doesn`t care what the SCOTUS says, she does whatever she wants. And now some of these other states are looking at this and going rogue too, because nobody is doing a damn thing to stop them.

Case`s are now ruled and decided on feelings. Sadly our country is in a death spiral downwards.
For every one single case you win, the tards have 100`s more waiting in the wings to keep beating you down.

It`s really easy for them, we`re giving them all the tax dollars they need, to beat us. Pretty saddening.

You are exactly right my friend! These rogue lawmakers, be they Mayors or Governors or whatever, are KNOWINGLY violating our civil rights. But you are correct, nothing happens to them! Unless and until they get sent to prison for violating our civil rights, they will continue and will expand to states the will eventually have a gun ban mentality. Doing nothing about it REALLY means we have no Constitution! Tell me, what good are laws if nobody enforces them?

Every time Dems pass a new law we make a new one for buying or carrying guns easier....

We now have no wait time on purchases,open carry,no ccw permit required, suppressors wait time is about to be extinct,....it keeps getting better

It gets to be like imminent domain in the fact that no matter what the majority vote for they will do what makes the most money for the people that all ready have the money and want more. A good example is when the people that lease the forest in Flagstaff Az. from the U.S. Forest Service for the ski resort and chair lifts wanted to expand the ski area and cut down more trees and use treated sewer water to make snow, because we don't have any snow. They need to make more money and the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE on behalf of the business owners put pressure on the Department of Agriculture to have the Forest Service over ride our vote against the development and deforestation of the San Francisco Peaks. The Peaks are the highest place in Arizona and are sacred to many Native Tribes and to the majority of the people in Coconino County. WE don't want treated sewer water sprayed on the mountain plus they took all the water from the run off from all of the drainage systems and used that also. So now the water that was part of the RIO DE Flagg ,a spring fed creek, that had water in year round is now dry. NO water to replenish the aquifer or animals. When the people of Coconino County heard of the Snow Bowls request to expand the ski area, we petitioned to have a referendum and put it to a vote. We won the referendum and did put it to a vote and won by a majority of the people. Then the Forest Service over rode the vote and let them do it anyway .So a two lane rode with homes on both sides of the road has hundreds of people from the south coming here to ski on reclaimed sewer water so the Snow Bowl can make money with out having to help with infer structure for wider roads and all the other problems to handle the increased traffic that they and the business owners benefit from. If it was real snow, not that many people would drive up here because of the snow on the roads. The part of all this is that we did everything to stop this in a legal way, and it was for nothing. This is just one place in one town. This mentality is every where. They want to make laws like imminent domain to take away guns. Right now who cares, Does not affect me. There is a lot happening besides gun laws in our country that are undermining our rights and freedom. Especially the western states. It's like a cancer spreading. They will take all we let them.

Last year in Canada, I heard the same rhetoric but they were talking about belt knives and pocket knives. Disgusting!
