Buy it!I just happened onto some Re#15.5 for $54 bucks a lb
On a consumer side, I hate it.What better way to make an item sell. Announcing a shortage, raise the price then trickle it out to the market.
Good move. Better prices (for now) and better powder.I think its a contrived shortage. They call it scarcity marketing I believe. My goal is to get switched to Vihtavuori.
STOP FREAKING OUT AND PAYING THESE AZZ_HOLES ALL THIS PROFIT DUE TO YOUR OWN FEAR!
Problem is, I really really want to shoot. And my kids are getting into Highpower now and I want them to shoot as we need some more shooters on the firing line. And I didn’t have the money back then to buy crates of powder and primers like a lot of people on the forum here. So… I’m stuck paying stupid prices now, unless someone wants to start donating from their stockpiles……Bingo! I'd leave it right on the shelf at that price. Maybe Fauci is in the Gunpowder business now?
Same here! Centerfire is going to be on hold for a bit.My new hobby is rimfire.
Plinking with a little ARA mixed in.
Funny how these shortages go back and forth as to what is available. I remember when VV powders were not available, and everyone was switching to other powders in frustration.I think its a contrived shortage. They call it scarcity marketing I believe. My goal is to get switched to Vihtavuori.
My thoughts exactly. The prices they are asking for their powder is ridiculous. I just started using Vitahvouri powders and really like them. I have always heard good things about it in the past, but they used to be the most expensive! Boy, have times changed! Lol.I think its a contrived shortage. They call it scarcity marketing I believe. My goal is to get switched to Vihtavuori.
