I need a Primer expret

BigEd has it right..
I personally use the small based sizers one time and get the max resize possible when i dont know the origin of some range pick up brass (ie machine gun droppings). this one time i go ahead and "overwork" the brass, give it a good trim, and then go on to case/ purpose/ gun specific practices. Machine gun droppings seem to need a little help getting back in shape especially coming from NATO spec weapons. the real trick to avoiding slam fires i think is to attentively uniform those primer pockets, and make sure you never have a "proud" primer above the case head. i hope this helps.
Holiday cheers,
Doc
PS- i am no primer expert either ;D

Robert,

Are the Tula standard small rifle primers suitable in the AR...and are the cups thinner than previously mentioned?

Regards,

Scott
