I keep having to adjust My body or FL dies

Just bought a forster co-ax because of this.

Although the Coax is a great press, it still wont help bad dies much.

I have a Coax, as well as the RCBS Rockchucker that the OP is using. My RCBS is about 13 years old and I still load every bit as accurate ammo with it as I do the Coax. In fact my best groups of all time were from ammo loaded on the RC. Even today, all my FL sizing is done on the RC while only seating is done on the Coax or my 21st arbor press

Hornady makes a few good products that I use, like their bullet comparators and such. But you couldnt pay me to use another set of their dies ever again. Junk

Annealing your brass regularly will always help maintain consistent headspacing and neck tension no matter which dies you use.

I hate Hornady dies. Bought a 7mm08 hornady die set at a local gun store (cause it's the only one they had and was a good deal) and I can't believe how shitty they are compared to others.

It's def not the dies, it's not the chucker, the LNL is adding inconsistency I can watch the die and LNL bushing rise up while I size, The coax is a good solution as it will offer quick die changes without the LNL sloppiness.

My Redding Comp dies using the standard threads worked just fine. I definitely think annealing will help, eliminating the LNL bushings should be my first course of action.

I do like the LNLs quick change but feel I'm going to reserve them for pistol on the progressive only.

Bushings need Hornady shims . Call Hornady. Plus the shell holder must contact the botton of the die. Redding competition shell holder set.

Could you clarify this for me. I was going to get the conversion for my Rockchucker and put 223, .308, 9mm and .45acp dies in the bushings, I'm more concerned with variances in headspace with my rifle dies than the pistol.

Yeah the Coax will make your Redding dies shine and a fresh annealing will most likely end all of your troubles.

Redding T7 press is nice too if you like to have all your dies set up. I have an extra turret for mine. 7 holes in each turret allows for 3 two die sets or 2 three die sets and a powder thrower charging die. Makes quick work of rounds and never had any issues with it making inconsistent ammo.
