Nice truck, I can remember when my parents moved us to Tillamook Oregon back in the early 60's, dad bought a 46 Dodge pickup. Very cool truck. Have often thought about owning one. To hear my dad tell the story, he worked on it to get it ready for the trip and to haul all the belongings that they were going to take with them. He used detergent oil to get it ready, a new product back then. Well that detergent did a great job, unfortunately, that dirt also helped the rings to seal. After the detergent oil that thing smoked and burned so much oil that dad said he had to add oil at every fuel stop.

I'm waiting on the coffee pot to quit brewing, and the mailman to deliver my next stock to paint today, there's no sense going to the range while I wait, as my new rest wont be here till Wednesday.

I have had this problem all my life, it used to be race cars, now it is waiting for that new gun or some part to show up. I'm an old man now and you would think that by now i would have learned to deal with this, it's not like i don't have a safe full of other toy's to play with since there's enough firearms in there that from time to time i "find" one i had forgotten about.

So here's me on the other side of the planet ordering a Rifle Basix trigger for the Remmy.
The guys posted it really fast. I'm tracking the order on the US Post website. It went to Florida and stuck there for 3 weeks. Emailed etc - still there. Can you believe how frustrating that was?

Eventually moved and got here 2 days later. I hope that it had a nice holiday.
