Spend zero dollars.
Thoroughly clean firing pin channel and pin. Lightly lube with the thinnest oil you can find. Repeat every few hundred rounds
those wide, flat firing pins in the 10/22 have MASSIVE surface area. This is not good when the action gets gunky.
I've "fixed" at least a dozen 10/22s with EXACTLY the same problems you note. Works like a charm, every time.
