How TRUE this RINGS ^^^^. Usually from the doctors office (a huge conglomerate medical network -of course). This is one instance where I would prefer a robotic voice-call over a caffeined up nurses aide. Forget trying to call back on the "Health Systems Network" main number for clarification.
