I am having a going interest in 6mmBR

A repeater in 6br is apparently do-able with some modifications. http://forum.accurateshooter.com/threads/6br-repeater.3999261/#post-37710678

If the OP is going to be doing most of his shooting under 300 yds a 12-14tw barrel will work just fine. JME. WD

I'm not sure a stock Remington action will eject fired cases reliably, possibly not even feed properly.
Just saying. I see in post #6 the OP is stating some action work. I'm not sure it he is talking truing or tuning to run a 6br reliably.

No expert here but here is my experience.

I have a 6BR that I got in a trade a few years back. The guy put it together on a trued Remington action, 28" Krieger 1:8 twist, and Badger bottom metal in a Grayboe stock. I threw a load together with some blem 105 Nosler CC and it shot a .3" five shot group at 100. Good enough for me!

The previous owner modified an Accurate mag with a little spacer in the back and it does okay but I tried a Magpul AI pattern mag and it feeds beautifully as long as you run the bolt forward at a reasonable speed. Too slow and the bolt loses control of the round due to the short feed lips on the mag meant for 308, etc.

I like to take it and go bang steel at my local range from 220-1000 yards. Guys come up with much bigger calibers but struggle to keep up with the little cartridge that could.
