How to trim a 6.5 case neck with 40 degree shoulder, .463"Ø

Got a wildcat that will need case neck trimming (after I fire form them). Any ideas?

I learned from my 'smith that 40 shoulders don't need trimming after fire forming. He shoots it so I should be fine/dandy.

I misread your post. Was thinking turning when you were talking about trimming.

I use the Forster bench trimmer. The shoulder angle has nothing to do with the trimming. Maybe I missed something here.

The Lee case length gauge trimmers are easy to modify for whatever trim length you want. Going AI on a chamber always shortens the case length when fire forming.

Wilson trimmer with BR case holder but Wilson can make a case holder specifically for the Ackley cases. For what 6.5 cartridge is your chamber?
