How to Edit THREAD TITLE?

I just drastically reduced the price of my Savage 12 F-T/R in the For Sale forum, and made the price changes, but cannot figure out how to change the Thread Title to let forum readers know that a change has been made.

On your end of it, there is a box on the upper right side that allows you to edit title, it says THREAD TOOLS just click on it..
