How to ease the bolt lift on 700s ?

I was kind of kidding, but over charge will cause stiff bolt lift. I am no authority, but I run my ladder test to where the bolt starts to balk, and or primers flatten, just so I know where max is for my rifle. I do not run charges that are begining to produce stiff bolt lift as my everyday load. Your method may be different. Also, I am not implying anyone else should use my method. I'll just keep my mouth shut and read. You guys are the experts.
