How to break-in a new barrel.

I have purchased a brand new custom made 6mmbr, and was wondering how to break-in the brand new barrel. The barrel was made by Lilja, any information will be great thanks.

I have a Lilja 6br. Bought it very lightly used but was told break-in was minimal. This is from Lilja's website:
