How tight on front rest.

my findings are overly tight is bad MOJO in regards to bench rest & f-open shooting anyway. my findings are as you apply to much side pressure to stock rifle will reach a point where it does not want to brake the front bag freely or at a constant rate side to side causing the cross hair to whip violently from one direction to another or to cause vertical stringing.. if a rifle wants to torque under recoil its not the end of the world it can be duplicated or repeatable enough to shoot really small or to shoot high scores. my bench rest platform can lift right out of front bag with out binding or drag of any kind. mid sized cartridges like the .284 win that show a lack of torquing in the bags in not completely the result of a stock that can handle recoil but a bag system that is really forcing stock to stay put, this technique suffers on target.
