How much room for bedding compound ?

I'm milling out a B&C stock (that has a aluminum bedding block), for a Kodiak action. How much oversized should I mill it to allow for bedding compound ?

I like at least a 1/16th of a inch for the bedding, that seems to be enough usually....

1/16" would be my aimpoint too, 0.060" in decimal.
