How Much Does Rain Affect Trajectory?

I'm sure this is supposed to be common knowledge, but I have seen conflicting information online . . . yes . . . on the infallible internet. Since I am moving to a place where the skies are gray with drizzling rain for 9 consecutive months, I want to know how to adjust my shooting if necessary for light drizzle to heavy rain. Any thoughts?

I've read where supersonic shockwave prevents bullet from touching raindrops, so not to
affect trajectory. Hope some others can chime in with their knowledge.

Keep your ammo and barrel dry otherwise you can make pressure really quick.

My daughter and got caught in a down pour after our sighters. I shot and had a very hard bolt lift, got the bolt open and the primer fell out. Looked over to my daughter to have her dry her ammo before shooting and she showed me her primer fell out of her 223 case too!

The M14NM rifle's first flash hiders collected enough raindrops to deflect bullets a MOA or more. They were eventually reamed out a few hundredths inch that fixed it.

Muzzle brakes can do the same thing.

I have shot in the rain dozens of times and never noticed an changes beyond visibility. I agree with what's been said, rain usually comes with a drop in the wind and the wind that is there is MUCH easier to see.

I'll go with zero effect. Some of my best scores have been in the rain. Yes you can get pressure, water does not compress well.
