how accurate is your savage really?

As accurate as my savages have been for me i think im gonna end up giving into my drooling over the kimber mountain ascent in 280 ai. i was on the sako trg in 308 but its to similar to my rem 700 in b&c tac a5 stock. the mountain ascent appears to be a beautiful carry gun.

I own 7 Savage rifles. 4 I built and I can say not one of them will shoot sub/sub targets all day long.
For me if I can sit at the range and run 100 rounds and stay under .700" then I am happy.
When I have my .223s out p-dogging and shoot all day long and 300+ rounds to me that's like those who say shoots 1/4" all day long. As long as I pop them all day long that's my 1/4" group!
My best groups to date has been .310" at the range & I DO NOT take time between shots or use a cradle to strap them down. Bipod, rear bag & tucked into my shoulder is the way I shoot. I did not get that group until 2 days later when I did the same thing & took a tad of time. None of the rest that morning were that small, but they were still under .500".
Ill never claim what many others do about "does this all day long"
