Hornady One Shot Lube.

The first time I used Hornady One Shot Lube I used it on 50bmg and my Hornady Lock and Load Press. Locked up tighter than anything..... broke the casting on the press trying to remove the brass. Called Hornady and the first thing the rep said was "You shouldn't use it on that". They sent me a new casting for free and I still use it but not on 50 bmg. FWIW

After over 40 years of loading, I too stuck my first case in a die using the Hornady spray. I gave away the rest of it after many disclaimers. I was sizing military .308's and it was not up to the task. I switched back to RCBS and it was like greased lightning comparatively. I prefer dry neck lubes (moly) that I leave in. When I was using the Hornady spray, I tumbled afterwards. My "unscientific" rationale was that after tumbling, the insides of the necks would be more uniform in slickness than if the spray was left on - as it is impossible to accurately guage perfect coverage all the way around inside the necks - by spraying at least. Right or wrong - it worked for me.
