25.8 was excellent in my savage fv i went as high as 26.3 but was showing primer flattening

I’ll give that a go. Thank you. Will be shooting out of a ruger556 1-8 twist 16.5 bbl

If that is an ar i would start 1.5 gr lower because of short bbl

I had better luck with the 75bthp and n135 for a magazine fed service rifle with a 1:8 barrel

Yes, it is an AR. I’ll Bear that in mind. I’ve been reloading for a few years now but wouldn’t say I’m overly experienced with it. I have 700+ 68 grn Hornaday’s that I got a good deal on a while back.

With that twist a little heavier may be better.....as dusty said above heavier bullt should do the trick

As mentioned they are almost the same length as the H75 BTHP which will be make them need a slightly faster twist. A 9 may not cut it.
