Hold or Free Recoil with .22 Rimfire?

How do you guys shoot your .22 rimfire for score? Hard hold with cheek and shoulder pressure, cheek pressure only, Grip or no grip? Only interested in people who use a front rest and rear bag, no bipods.
When i shoot my Annie, it likes a light grip and the buttplate just touching the shoulder with no pressure.. when you break the shot.. the only thing that moves is the finger, you have to remain completely still.. shooting off a SEB Mini with a Rodzilla top and a Protektor rear bag. I use the same setup for rimfire as I do for center fire. Seb front rest and big seb rear bag. Shooting my ancient Mod 54 Anschutz the only thing touching is my finger and thumb on the rear of the trigger guard. Keep my face and all parts of the rifle.

If you are shooting BR, a good stock, 1.5oz trigger, and a good rest set up and don't influence the rifle in any way with pressure.
This. I look at it this way - for benchrest, you want to repeat that perfect shot every single time. So remove the variables in that shot. If you're putting any pressure on the rifle, grip, cheekweld, shoulder...How do you know you're putting the exact same amount of pressure each time? How repeatable is that pressure? Once I removed the pressure from my rifle my shots became more repeatable.
