That is question that needs definition of the word "relatively".
If one is shooting shorter distances, a hundredth of a grain difference won't show up on my target, perhaps it would with better shots than I am, but not me.
I would suggest you refine your reading of the wind and consistent trigger pull instead of measuring down to a hundredth of a grain.

If you're looking for 1/100th grain accuracy and readout, be prepared to spend a couple of thousand dollars. For a (reputed) 1/100th gn accuracy and a .02 grain readout, you cut that over a half ($600 or so and up should do it.)
As near as I can tell, that kind of accuracy is overkill for 99.9% of reloaders. And unless you take steps to monitor and correct drift, it's largely wasted anyway.

Probably one of the more accurate & affordable scales - spec's state accuracy to 1/20th of a grain which is 0.05 which is plenty of resolution.
You would get 2 kernel accuracy which is pretty darn good. - And it won't break the bank buying one.

Keep in mind that a digital scale can be affected by power spikes, static electricity, temperature changes and even being close to other magnet sources - i.e. fluorescent lighting fixtures that contain a ballast (transformer)
I use a surge suppressor and a UPS back-up on the line input side of my old AccuLab digital scale & get good results.

A&D Weighing FX 120 and Newton 123 specs say +/- 0.02 grains and thats what a kernel of Varget weighs on those scales...0.02 grains. I have both.
What is your shooting requirements, i.e. hunting, bench rest, competitive shooting, or just paper punching for fun.
I doubt whatever your shooting requirements are that you'll need anything beyond 0.1 grain precision which the level of precision of most reloading balances marketed today such as Redding, Lyman, Hornady, RCBS.

On my fx-120, each grain of varget seems to come up at .02 grains. And its repeatable.
.10 = 5 kernels then. 1 kernel = .02 = 1/50th of a grain. 1/2 a kernel would be 1/100th of a grain. Yes?

I bought a used sartorius on eBay for a couple hundred bucks that will do .001 grains. They pop up on there from time to time.
You can have two of the three thing you want being Fast, Good or cheap.
