I’ve currently got 3200 gallons of diesel on hand, when it runs out I’ll probably be selling everything including 2900 acres and moving if things don’t change soon. The Democrats couldn't have pulled off getting the stupidest SOB in government elected to President without help from the Republicans. Put them back in a position of power and the same thing that always happens with them will happen again. They only do two things right, take money and act like Democrats once elected. Remember they all promised to repeal Obamacare if elected, we gave them the Presidency, the House and the Senate and in 70 attempts, they couldn't pull it off. For the 2018 mid-terms Paul Ryan was OBLIGATED to fill the seats of retiring and quitting Republicans, he DID NOTHING. For the 2020 general election, Mitch McConnell was to do the same thing, he DID NOTHING. Then the high number of Republicans that voted to impeach Donald Trump (both attempts).

And then there is me who has a 6.6L diesel that gets 12mpg pulling my camper this summer. Right now it is over $5.00 a gallon. I might as well just toss it out the window going down the highway and walk home. Last year diesel was about $2.25 a gallon.

I have to agree with alot of posters on this one... In December my wife retires and we are moving away from Austin TX ( we live in a small town 30 minutes away )and back down south where things are WAY cheaper.... Just got my tax statement in and my place went from around $150,000 to $320.000+ over night..... My 4.9 acers of land went from $60,000 to $215,000 taxable value.... I live in a nice single wide trailer on 4.9 acres of land with a carport / small shop and that's all... My home is very well taken care of , new paint , roof and even a commercial hot water heater etc... But come on $320,000+ , BS , but I will take the money and run my friend...

The housing market is crazy here.... Tesla is building their headquarters here along with their boring company and of course their new car plant it's about 30 min from here in Austin... New giant movie studio , they film alot around here it's crazy... New Samsung plant about an hour away etc etc etc... They haven't even started yet and it's blowing up in this small town.... I moved here to retire and sit down but this place is no longer what I signed up for.... High prices , horrible traffic now etc... When we moved here you wouldn't see a car in town after 8:00pm along with the traffic lights blinking , I mean they rolled the sidewalks up.... I said I would never move again but away we go.... After losing everything in a forest fire in 2011 and almost several more times ( wild fires ) I can only pray nothing happens till I can get moved out and away.... Iam getting old and all this worries me but not as much as losing everything again....

Everybody just stay hunkered down and wait these guys out.... Good news is the people that wanted this are having to pay up also.... Not seeing alot of Biden bumper stickers anymore are ya...lol... Isn't it ironic that his slogan was , Riding with Biden and now nobody is riding anywhere....
