Friend has Henry .22 rimfire rifle. It shoots very high and he has run out of adjustments and still shoots high. Any suggestions other than to order after market sites?

I assume you are talking about iron sights and he has no interest in a scope.
Has he tried a variety of ammo?
I anticipate many questions in this thread. What distance? Same with other shooters? Shooting from a solid rest? Is he moving the sight in the right direction?
if you are talking about the iron sights that are on the rifle and he has lowered the rear sight as low as it will go and it still is shooting high, then have a taller front sight put on it, so things will move down and onto zero at say 50 yrds, then go from there.
