help with older anscutz sight

Hello all,

I've come across an older anschutz sight that is missing one ball detent for the windage knob and the spring that goes with it. Can anyone help me out with finding replacement parts?

Not sure if Anschutz still sends a smith to Camp Perry, or not. Their man completely rebuilt an old sight I had back in the early 80's. it is still tight and true, better than new.
