hey anyone, i am new to reloading and i have a couple questions. i was wondering when i use digital scales to weigh something, why does it sometimes return to a negative number?? i mean it will start at 0.00 and return to - 0.04....why is this??? and i need to know, heard alot of answers to this one, how many times can you reload a once fired brass rifle hull????? i would appreciate anybody's help.....thnx.......paul........email your answers to paulwhite37@aol.com......paul
