Help on value?

I bought this several years ago on a whim. I think I took it to the range once and it has sat in the safe ever since. It's a rifle built on a solid bottom XP100 action. Chambered in 7 - 08 with a custom barrel, cant remember the brand. Nice synthetic stock. Any ideas as to value?

400-600 no including the glass. The action is the part being sold... everything else is wrapping paper.
