Help identifying these scope rings

I am looking for the torque settings for these rings. I can’t remember who made them.

They look like the newer style Kelbly rings to me. I am unsure what those torque specs are though.

Not sure of maker, but on that style of rings I usually do 15 to 18 inch pounds and on base usually around 40 to 45 inch pounds

Yep, Kelbly. I don't think they make them anymore though.

Definitely Kelbly. My single screw version recommends 12 in. Lbs. I was sorry to see them discontinued a couple years ago; some of the best rings on the market imo.
