Help identifing a part for gun rest

Not sure what they call this part. I used to use it when shooting Bench-rest competition.
It replaces the rear foot on the front gun rest.
You can swing the little arm down and it moved the rest and jumped up to your sighter target and then flip it right back down to your scoring target. Made it easy to adjust from sighter target to scoring target without adjusting. I would like to sell it but don't rememeber what they called it! (I don't shoot benchrest anymore)

It's a Tom Dunrud "sighter cam", for, as you note, moving quickly, and precisely, between the sighter-bull and record-bull on bench-rest [official] targets. RG
