he Best Rangefinders of 2018!

Hello guys,

Greetings to all. I'm looking for your help please. What is the best range finder (hunting) in 2018? I am looking to get something which has over 100+ reviews.

Please let me know if you know about a good one. Thanks!

That's nice. Thanks for the information. If this one is under $1000 would be good choice for me. However, I also need see with over 100+ reviews. If you have another option please let me know that too.

You just joined two days ago. Now you want 100+ reviews of a rangefinder??? You offer no groundwork on price, size, target and more. Nothing. I am guessing you don't know enough to make a reasonable request.

Do some reading here by searching the topic. Start looking around the internet for reviews. Do some groundwork and you will learn more to ask in more detail.

I would say the Sig for value. But rangefinding binos are hard to beat. With that said, the Geovids have had some issues ranging at any distance when it's really cold out. (Montana)

Get the bushnell at brownells for 299, sometimes the price drops to 259. Couple that with their coupons and you can get it for 239 on occasion. Hard to beat that price.

Hello guys,

Thank you so much for your good replies. Yeah I don't know much about the rangfinders. But I am always ready to learn new things. And I searched but a little bit later. Found few good reviews website https://outdoorempire.com/best-rangefinder-reviews-advice/ this looks like a better one.

What do you think? Please let me know your replies. I am open to take any suggestions.

I would recommend you ignore any website like that. There's no real "advice" and the only reason the site exists is to get you to go to Amazon through their link. They get a percentage of whatever you buy during that shopping trip. As a result the products reviewed are always available at Amazon or through a Google Ad link and rarely include any of the top products of that type.

The folks who operate HomeAutomationX are at least upfront and honest about why they do it. I wouldn't recommend this video as a tutorial on installing LED light strips but I admit I watched it to the end - and then again - as did 600,000 other guys. She also does a great review of a Manfrotto tripod. No evening gown, she only wears that when she's soldering, but the top is about the same:

I bought a sig 2400 a couple months ago and it is a far better range finder than the Lecia 1200 I have. I have been able to range a fox standing at 747 yards on a -15 day with heavy mirage from the sun. I also have ranged a fox curled up in up in a ball in a flat field with snow at 548 yards and it was -12 out. I ranged a house out to 1686 yards in heavy snow. I have yet to see any Lecia including the one I own be able to range any of the above in those conditions. I would highly recommend the Sig kilo 2400.

Really liked my Leica, but sucked at distance. Ended up getting a Terrapin. I am sure Leica's 2700B is fantastic if their 1600B was any indication.

I’ve been using a Sig 2000 for the past year. Before that I had a Leica 1600B. I’ve not been happy with my Sig. very inconsistent. It will not range a deer past 500 yards in an open field.

I just did some trading for a Vectronix Terrapin.
