Having issues with Redding dies Quality Control!

I believe it is the same as other big outfits that are on top…….. they start believing there own press (98 of the top shooters use our dies….97 of the top shooters use our bullets, etc) and filter out the noise from the user. If you do not actively work at improvements and focus on the the latest trends and needs (real or perceived) of the customer, they will go somewhere else.
