I will second Jonathan Elrod at Modacam.

Had him put a .900 straight taper Shilen on my B14-R. He chambered and cut it at 26" for me (I like long barrels).

He also smoothed up the bolt locking lugs.

Test target was 1 hole (5 shots at 50 yds) and I have honestly been able to replicate that several times at 50 yds outdoors with good conditions.
