Tried calling today, but it was later in the afternoon here, so they were closed. Message on the machine said they'd be closed tomorrow as well. I want to get a jump on sending them my 3 pieces of brass to get a FL die.

Is there anything special they would need me to do when calling them to let them know what I want? Or would it be beneficial to ship the pieces of brass to them now, with a note, and call on Monday?

Me to, invoice was in the box. Ask them later, how did they know I would pay them? He said, if you don't, I know where you live. I paid them. Great products and even better people.

Send em on, put a note in there with your return address and phone number and skip the call. No need to bother them unless you have something non standard.

don't put your card number on a note, you never know whats going to happen to your box,,me myself, I try to call for a number and destroy after running it,,

All depends,some folks look on the positive side of things...some find negative in everything.

Unless they've changed their practice, they don't do credit cards. You can either wait for an invoice or do what was suggested above, dead presidents. Put them inside a sheet of paper.

Unless their practice has changed recently they don't do credit cards. Take the above advice and send pictures of dead politicians. That works well for everybody.

I recently got a die from them and it was $75. Maybe it was a different one from the mentioned $65 payment. Great people to deal with and they’re turn around time fast. Just send the brass as mentioned. They’ll send an invoice with your die if you didn’t mail cash.

It would appear they've changed their policy. But I would still bet that green would get the product for a batter price.

I tried calling today and just got the machine. I'll keep an eye on the CC bills and if I don't see a pending charge today, I'll try calling again tomorrow.
