You have an interesting hobby, 370bc. I hope it brings you comfort. jdFor any of the members of a different think, a REAL (Not Man Made one) rock star was born on December 25. Sir Isaac Newton. (He's the guy that wrote down, in math, how we can get our bullets to fly where we want them to go, from a very long distance away).
A lot of religions hold December 25 in high esteem. There is a constellation of stars named the cross. On December 23, the Sun seemingly stops. Right at the point of the cross constellation intersection. On December 25 however, the Sun seems to start move again. But this time, the movement is in the opposite direction, signaling springtime, warmth, and more light for the crops to grow. So all religions plagiarize themselves off of each other.
So, the following statement is true. The Sun, it died on the cross. It was down for 3 days, only to rise agin into the heavens. Learning how different religions come and go is a hobby of mine. Some people, (A Lot of People) take their religious tales too seriously.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
A lot of religions hold December 25 in high esteem.
It does give me comfort in the idea that more and more will hopefully ask themselves the same question scientists ask themselves on a continuous basis: ‘What if I’m Wrong?’ Most religious people however do not want to ask themselves that question.
i find it strange to find that anyone at all that can be even a little bit religious today.
