It's a disease. Some days it's truly a curse to have this level of OCD.

Terry,we roll all our own gage metal DC fittings,further... build custom cyclones to include the impellors.Just sayin,will ignore the plastic "poop pipe",haha....nice shop.

But,the real reason for response was for any of y'all with junky,cluttered shops.... ask Terry how much time he wastes getting this or that project,from concept to completion?

Speaking of bench lathes;look at the sq way craftsman 618 on the back of this pic.1945 W/T radial 32 sp DP,3k$ air/hyd mill vise(it's twin is on the BP)..... just sayin,pick up one of these lathe beds. They are the poop for fixturing on the cheap,on/off a BP milling machine.

Haha! The poop pipe has done pretty well. I installed it in 2002 when I built the cyclone. I rolled my own sheet metal and soldered it together. The blower halves I made from mdf. Almost a total home build but I did buy a Cincinnati fan impeller.

I probably waste plenty of time but not usually looking for something.

The problem with PP(poop pipe) is like guys looking to up their shooting,process engineering, reloading exploits.In that,and don't be lavender code..... they're already behind the curve?In the case of PP DC fittings....WAY TOO short of radius.And even if it was larger,you still can only use what's available. Same with moving the shooter game fwd?Movers and shakers,setting records,whether personal or professional... ain't waiting on the next "thingamajig" to come down the pike.They are putting the pcs in place to get themselves to the next level,consumerism be danged.

I did the 2 - 45's together instead of 90's etc... to make the best I could out of the junk I had to work with. I'm WAY too cheap to buy real/proper ductwork.
