Hall Bolt Spring Replacement

I think I need to have the bolt spring replaced on my Hall 6PPC. I don't have the tools to do it so am looking for a gunsmith that will do it for me.
Any recommendations?

I can do it for you if you get the spring yourself. They use a wolff model 600 remington spring
