Hall - gunsmith recommendations?

Have a rbrp Hall, currently a 6PPC. I’m interested in having a gunsmith mill an opening in the left side of the receiver, to load from the left.
Any gunsmith recommendations for this work? Prefer in north Texas but am flexible and open to recommendations.

My Hall extracts the fired cases and cants them somewhat to the right, but I have to manually remove the cases.

Just my opinion, but having to load from the left and manually extract the case from the right would seem awkward.
