Hall bolt combo face

I have a hall bolt in ppc, can this be opened up to .473 and still work with the ppc like today's combo bolts ?

I'm considering a 284 win, is it safe to have them trimmed?

I have a Hall in 6PPC and I am curious, does the bolt move far enough to get a 284win into the port and chamber? I would like to have the combo bolt face that you suggest so I can make mine into a 30 BR when my 6PPC barrel goes south. There are several sizes of Hall actions, yours may be big enough I am pretty sure mine is not.

I have had a 284 on another hall M action and while it was tight it worked great. A 30 br should be easy om a M

A buddy of mine sent his Hall ppc bolt back to Hall to have it opened up for the br case. It won't reliably pull the ppc case out now.

what kind of extractor? sliding plate, m-16, Sako?

I'm not versed in extractors but I guess it's the sliding plate style. Thanks
