H4350

I only have 3 - 8 # left at 78 guess I won't have to worry . Larry
Since that's ruffly only 4600 rounds worth for a 6Dasher (far less in bigger cartridges), and as much as you claim to shoot/test, would think that wouldn't last you long.

From a local sporting goods store that had it on back order. Just got the order in today and it is gone!

I just put 10 pounds of H-4350 in the classified for sale,in the reloading /component section.

I had to chuckle...

There was a small, local gun show here last weekend. Nothing fancy but sometimes I can find a few small things I need. I got there early Saturday morning because I had lots of work to get done as well. The line was astonishingly long for first thing in the morning! Geez, this was going to be a long morning.

The 7th or 8th table in was manned by a gentleman I had bought some powder from previously. He had 10 cartons stacked behind him, all labeled H-4350. That's 40 - 8lb jugs of H-4350 in one small gun show in a small town. I braked hard, nearly causing a wreck in the jam-packed aisle. He smiles as I asked the price of one of the jugs, to which he responded $220.00 each. I smiled, nodded my thanks and walked on. The rest of the show was uneventful, although I bookmarked a few small items to think about.

Sunday, I was up early, trying my darndest to get into the shop and get something accomplished. A couple of those small items were nagging at me, so I swung by the show to see if they were still available. I had to walk by the table manned by the powder guy, only to see that there was just one jug remaining out of the 40 he had started Saturday with. Again I smiled, nodded and walked by. I spoke with a seller who had an item I wanted and he tells me that Saturday was a madhouse! He literally sold out his table and had to make a run to his storage unit to replenish. None of the prices I saw were THAT amazing to warrant a buyers frenzy so it had to be a phase of the moon or some such nonsense. The last jug of H-4350 was gone when I left after only a few minutes.

Regards.

That's a great cash price, you must have quite a stock not to have bought any.

No, not really.

When we were suffering through the initial deprivation of H-4350, I made the decision to find some other powder which I could depend on in the supply chain. I wound up with a couple and I have happily moved on ever since. I still have 1 - 8lb jug of H-4350 but I may sell it if I can't come up with a real good reason to keep it.

Regards.
