I am looking for recommendations of a good gunsmith/custom rifle builder. I am about an hour south of St. Louis.
@Walt Krafft is also in Greenbrier ArkansasHow far are you from Dusty in Arkansas? Or Col Billy ?
Yup.Sir, I learned a long time ago before I did my own work that the USPS goes all over the World. I also learned that the good craftsman didn't have time to BS with me as they were overloaded with work. In most cases the USPS is also cheaper than a trip to drop your stuff off and another trip to pick your stuff up.
When I need help, I want the best not the closes or cheapest.
Back in the late 1960's around 1968, there was a Gunsmith/custom rifle business, where they built a rifle for me. The Business was "Nu-line Guns" and they did an outstanding job. I think the name of the gunsmith there was Terry Stevens. I had them do some gunwork on another rifle but since then they relocated to another area in Mo. Some town named Harvester Mo. I think.I am looking for recommendations of a good gunsmith/custom rifle builder. I am about an hour south of St. Louis.
