Welcome from Texas also Wind Holder. That's one good wife you have there! Mine got me Weatherby and a gun safe for X-Mas a few years back. I had no idea I was getting either. And yes, my wife is a Gunholic also and I love it.

I belong to a club with a range named in memory of a deceased member. His wife is one of the cornerstones of the club even though I've never even seen her touch a gun. But she does love to give an orientation lecture to new members which I attended. I will never forget her describing her husband's gunsafe which was actually a room-sized vault they had somehow installed in their house. Anyway, she went on to say that her husband considered having more than seven of exactly the same gun as the limit before one could be considered an addict. I can live with that!

I believe that the standard advice applies. It's OK to sleep with your own guns but probably a bad idea to sleep with your best friend's guns.

My name is Vickers, and I have embraced my addiction, even introduced ALL 3 of my daughters to it. Hopefully I can manage to support all of our habits until they are old enough to support there own. I can always sell the refrigerator I guess. if we need bullets. I don't want your dad gum help by the way. I swore off drinkin for guns and ammo, the only way this habit is hazardous to my health is if I tick off one of my little girls too bad. But they don't want to shoot the supplier! Nice to meet ya!!
