Gunbroker question

I have read iirc, one of our guys saying he "sold the same item 4 times". It took 4x for someone to follow through w payment on a "simple" listing. How was that allowed for by GB - only 1 selling charge?
I have tried to find the answer on their site but came up dry.

If the deal isnt completed you get the option to relist it as many times as you want

Actually that's only partially correct.

The seller has been charged the selling fee by Gunbroker the minute the Auction is completed.

If the sale does not go through, the seller must file a Non-Paying Bidder complaint in order to get his fee back from Gunbroker. This is taking as long as 4 weeks currently to get your money back.

Yes you can relist an auction as many times as you want if it doesn't sell but if it sells even to a NPB you have to resolve the GB fee with Gunbroker.

With the prices of goods being so high currently, it behooves the seller to keep trying because the profits are so high. Eventually you get all your money back from NPB Auctions.
