Gunbroker problem

Does anyone know how to speak with someone at GunBroker?

I had a Colt AR listed and it sold, but the buyer never paid nor sent an FFL. I want to relist and get my fees back, but GunBroker says my credit card is invalid and therefore I cannot relist. The card it valid. I have tried to delete the card and reenter it, but it won't let me delete the card, and it won't let me edit the card. I try to get a response through email, but all I get is an automated reply suggesting I read a few articles, none of which have helped.

What is with the dead beat buyers on Gunbroker? I have been selling some guns from a couple of friends estates, about 1 out of 10 buyers either never contact me after winning the auction, or try to back out of the transaction. Add in the people that don't read the terms and conditions, or don't think it applies to them, and the pita buyers is probably 1 out of 5. Rant over.

I'm sorry you're running into problems with Gunbroker but there is nothing you can accomplish with the phone number above. There is no phone contact and there is no one you can speak with by phone. Everything is automated and relies on filing a Support Issue in order to be resolved. Using a phone system would involve hiring dozens of people to man enough lines to be viable so the automation is the solution in their eyes.:(

Be aware that the communications traffic has increased by HUGE volumes so filing a Support Issue and trying to wait patiently for a response is your only recourse. Responses are generally running two weeks.

Unfortunately, you are a very tiny fish in a gigantic ocean of buyers and sellers due to the current demand. It is the fault of the volume not the system. Use the system as set out and try to be patient.
