Technically you are right, but the anti gun crowd that thinks they know better than you don't see it that way. Look at the Mcloskey case in St. Louis, the Prosecutors are rigging the case, changing wording in the police report and have gone to the point of altering evidence by reassembling a non function firearm at the time of the event to have the Crime Lab reassembling into a functional firearm. The Left despises the Law of The Land, it hinders them from a complete take over.

i actually see this a little differently. not disputing the line of succesion, nor the fact the actuary tables give the 'average' 77 year old male 10 more years.

what i think is, the dems are back-dooring a person (their vp pick) that would probably not be electable in the general election to a strong position of incumbency for 2024.

If a party is willing to disrupt a nation with riots, news that consists of lies and propaganda, using government corruption, and causing even more divisions through the virus - how much more ruthless will they be if in power with a goal of making you submissive to them? When JFK was shot in 1963,was the start of Gun Control. You could buy guns though the mail back then. That was my first awaking,in 1986 a bunch of guys from the ballistics Lab in Maryland came to the PA. Club looking for a Sniper rifle that would shoot out to a mile and not maul the sniper. When down in the pits with one of them I asked him what they wanted to shoot at a mile. His exact word was Arabs! And you know who we were shooting three years later. The Democrats have this stuff planed years in advance, how else do you think all these thousand page documents are supposedly written over night, NOT POSSIBLE!

I would highly recommend that everyone not only get out and vote, but in addition to getting everyone you know out and voting to support Republican Candidates for Congress and the Senate, financially as well as at the pools. If we lose the Senate, we are really screwed.

You’re dead wrong in the real world. All it takes is a cooperative SCOTUS. The Democrats have already stated that they will expand the SCOTUS from nine to however many it takes for the Democrats to ensure a communist majority on the court. This would only need a Democratic majority in both houses and a Democratic President. Democrats already have the house and are three away from a functioning majority in the senate. A 50/50 tie in the senate is a majority for whoever controls the presidency. The Vice President is the President of the senate and breaks tie votes.

The National Firearms Act of 1934 actually started the slippery slope we're on. The Supreme Court allowed that blatant infringement on the Second Amendment and here we are. It's incremental. There is no reasonable gun control. Senseless violence is no excuse for allowing tyranny.
