Gun Control and 2d Amendment News

Take a look at this video that I found on FoxNews regarding the ammo shortage. It is interesting ... maybe more people need to watch it and quit hoarding the ammo.

This will give liberals nightmares.. A woman scholar just calmly kills the AWB logic on PBS of all places. Bravo!!

The last couple of days have been very interesting.

The Tuscon article ...

The the article about Homeland Security buying up all the high priced ammo ..

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/03/29/homeland-security-buying-pricey-ammo-as-department-wide-cuts-take-hold/?intcmp=HPBucket

Thinkgs are getting interesting.

I do like the idea of Tuscon ... it will be a thorn in the sides of the liberals if crime in that area decreases.

HLS has ~100K armed enforcement agents in many divisions under its wings. Simple math sez 1.6 billion over 5 years, that's 3200 rounds for training/practice per year over a five year period per officer. Not sure where the conspiracy theories, panic and disbelief is coming from.

Yes, she nailed it. I hate to say it, but it was the Federal government under the Reagan Admin. that was responsible for defunding mental institutions. So rather than flying high on Psychotropic drugs behind a 14 ft. fence topped w/ concertina wire, They now roam among us. Just how powerful IS the Drug Lobby.................. Great post!

I would admit and say that's few K short of what I'd like to see them train with. Practice, Practice, Practice.

the original link does not work for me ...is it gone or a bad link ???

Any one who works for the DHS can confirm they are getting that many rounds a year? I have talked to a few local cops and they made it sound like they got far less than 3200rds. Sounded like on the short side of 500rds. Many of my friends in the USMC were only getting 200 rds of ammo of 556 per year. So DHS rates better than Marines? Nice. :(

what are the duties and active status of your marine friends ?

my nephew is a SEAL. i know that before each of his last 2 deployments he fired over 20,000 rounds over here..and more once they were actually deployed. ammo goes where it is used , reserves and desk jokeys get less....so yes i have heard of "some" getting low round count....but not of deployed troops.

Here is a conference of black conservatives on gun control. Libs won't like this one either:
